Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, payment details, government identification or intimate photographs.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, provide requested product assistance, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain an appropriate record of the consultation request.
Storage and service providers
Consultation information is processed on the website server and may be sent to the private lead-delivery and email services configured by SHIfA. Access credentials are kept server-side. Information is not included in analytics events.
Retention and your choices
SHIfA should retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up and operational or legal requirements. You may ask the SHIfA team during follow-up to correct or delete the details associated with your request, subject to applicable obligations.
Consent
The consultation form requires your consent before submission and never pre-selects it. Submitting a request does not create a purchase, payment or appointment booking.
